Sport versions:

80 Sport - Produced since 1983. Its features were: quattro-style Ronal alloys, rubber rear spoiler, deep chin spoiler, striped charcoal Recaro interior, and optional body graphics including full-length "Audi Sport" stripes.

Facelifts:

Facelift was executed in 1984. New tail lights were introduced as well as front and rear bumpers and headlights were redesigned. Changes were also visible in the interior.

Notes: Built on B2 platform and it is a compact executive car. B2 platform is versatile and profitable. Both petrol and diesel engines were available.
