SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Normal delivery time is between 3-15 days, unless it is a special custom made item which will take longer.

Delivery to the UK:

In stock: next day to 3 working days
If the item displays a number of days to dispatch: dispatch days + 2 or 3 working days

Delivery to Europe:

In stock: 3 to 5 days
If the items display a number of dispatch days: dispatch days + 3 to 5 working days

Rest of the World:

In stock: between 5 to 10 working days
If the item displays a number of dispatch days: dispatch days + 5 to 10 working days

All with the Data Protection Act 1998 delivery for items to the U.K is based on the weight and size of the item. A charge is made for delivery to the rest of the World (rate is calculated by the size of the package). In order to provide the fastest and cheaper services, we do use courier companies and the local mail services depending of the nature and size of the package. Any orders placed between Monday and Friday will be dispatched the next day.

SECURITY

We only accept payment made by PAYPAL; Credit Cards using our web shop or by phone, Bank transfer upon setting up a customer account with us, Cash on pick up or delivery.

When using our services you will be asked to disclose some of your details, we will use these details in safe and secure manner, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.

RECEIVING YOUR GOODS

When you are presented with your goods, please do inspect the packaging before accepting the delivery, as all boxes and parcel leave from here as good as new. You, the customer have the responsibility, to report any packages arriving damaged or in an obvious bad shape, immediately to the driver. Open it and carefully check the contents and condition and make the driver aware of the damage. All damaged parts have to be signed for damaged. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Dwaka Sp. z o.o. will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASE

Each and every item we sell here at Dwaka Sp. z o.o. are sold brand new, we original packaging from the manufacturer. At NO point will we sell, used, damaged or unsealed items as we strive to give the best quality product and offer value for money.

RETURNS AND GUARANTEE

If you do return any items, please ensure that it is properly wrapped in its original packaging and that you arrange insurance on the value of the item, as we will not accept responsibility for any damages, lost or theft during the trip back to us. We will under no circumstances refund the shipping value, or pay for the delivery return fees.

Certain items cannot be returned as they are special orders; these products will be non-refundable, not returnable, unless there is a serious fault. Any custom made parts, are made only on order.

Any special engravings, personalised products and any other unique product will be considered as a "special order" and will be considered under its own terms.

If you are elligible for a refund, we will need your paypal email address and any refunds will be processed within 3 days.

If it is a return, within 3 days after receiving the item back.

If it is a claim, within 3 days after the claim date.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

All contracts herein and with effect of the company do not at any time affect your statutory consumer rights.

DISCLAIMER

Through our work ethic, we strive to provide accurate information’s but cannot guarantee every details are 100% correct. Therefore we insist you verify every piece of information before placing your order, as we aim to provide and help you while processing your purchasing decisions.

Will not take any responsibility for inaccurate information, part name or number, year model. Some items may vary in colour from the web shop pictures, through to different lights and angles. We will not review or changes our prices if a mistake has been made. Thanks for your understanding.
